A customer swears their key stopped working. Is it the key, or is it the car? Standing in the lot pressing buttons tells you nothing.
The HMT-C001 HuiMinTong Car Key Tester answers that question in a second: hold the remote to the tester, press the button, and see whether the key is still sending a signal at all.
That one answer changes the whole job. A key that transmits sends you looking at the vehicle side. A key that stays silent means a dead battery, a cracked board, or a replacement sale. No more swapping keys back and forth to guess, and no more handing back a fob you are not sure about.
Why You'll Like It
Instant Go Or No-Go - know in seconds whether the remote is transmitting.
Rules Out The Key First - stop diagnosing the car when the fob is the problem.
Faster Counter Service - test a customer's key in front of them and explain the result.
Pocket Sized - small enough to keep in the toolbox, the drawer or the van.
Simple To Use - no setup, no app, no learning curve.
